PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including material, size, and color. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting or monitor settings.

ORDER PROCESS

Once your order is placed,  you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review the details of your order. If you notice any errors or need assistance to place your order contact us immediately.

PAYMENT METHODS 

We accept credit/debit card payments through Stripe, we do not store any personal/card information. To read Stripe user policy click here. For cash payments or other method, please contact us.

SHIPPING

We offer shipping to the following countries in the Middle East:

​

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Qatar

  • Kuwait

  • Bahrain

  • Oman

For Abu Dhabi, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. These orders will be delivered between 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM the following day. We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be scheduled for shipping on the next business day.

For Dubai, expect delivery within 1-2 business days from the order date.

For the rest of the GCC countries, delivery will take 5-7 business days.

For other locations, please contact us to confirm shipping times before placing the order.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and we provide tracking information for all orders to keep you informed about your shipment’s progress.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIY

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, we're here to help! Please read below for our return policy:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as [e.g., personalized products, intimate wear,], are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us.

REFUNDS 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error in your order

EXCHANGES 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.
